No, we're not talking about the movie AI - Artificial Intelligence (2001), directed by Steven Spielberg, but the science behind the movie, the real AI. And at the end of this post we will provide a translation into Portuguese the text of AI.

Artificial intelligence is a concept developed and created in the field of computing, and has to purpose developing machines who has capacibility of simulate, think and act like humans. This concept generate a big impact at the technologic, economic and social development because the aplication of this technology aims at increasing productivity, the creation of 'intelligent' machines, who can do operations extremely hard, and the ratio cost/benefit.
Examples:
Robots: elemental formed by groups of biomechanic parts who are able to do jobs at autonomic forms, programmed to according humans wants.
Inteligência artificial é um conceito elaborado e desenvolvido no ramo da computação, que tem como propósito desenvolver máquinas que tenham a capacidade de simular, pensar e agir como os humanos. Esse conceito gera um grande impacto no desenvolvimento tecnológico, econômico e social, uma vez que a aplicação dessa tecnologia objetiva o aumento da produtividade, a criação de programas “inteligentes”, capazes de realizar tarefas mais complexas, e o retorno na relação custo/ benefício.
